The Y Thao cooking school, located in a quiet neighborhood of Hue near the historic citadel, offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn about Vietnamese cuisine and, of course, lend a hand in making a culinary masterpiece.
The 'Royal Meal' of Hue, a rarefied skill of cooking and serving, is the school's forte. In the company of an outstanding chef, you create your supper in a stunning Chinese pagoda. Four or five dishes, including classic Vietnamese spring rolls and the unusual and incredibly tasty banana leaf salad, will make up the dinner you create.
You'll get to consume what you've cooked after around two hours have passed. We advise taking a morning course so that you may have a leisurely lunch in the garden pagoda.
