Experience the secret garden of Bang Kra Jao by bicycle
Bang Kra Jao is the city’s secret garden from downtown Bangkok across the Chao Phraya River. The only way to access this gorgeous area of small villages, temples and tropical greenery is to take a small ferry across the river.
A vehicle with a personal cycling guide will pickup clients from their hotel and drive them to the ferry terminal to start the ride experience. You will be given an overview of the route you will be taking, as well as any critical safety information.
Crossing the river and into this unique area of Bangkok is all part of the slow ride adventure. The trip itself is a calm boat ride through a maze of canals and beautiful urban jungles. Along the way you will be stopping at an incense factory as well as an ancient temple back to the Ayutthaya period. You can go at your own speed and enjoy the ample opportunities for breaks.
The overall 22 km route is flat and involves no effort except attention on the sometimes narrow above river walkways.
Your guide is an expert in the area and is a fluent English speaker. You will be provided an overview of your bike and its features. The mountain bikes are in excellent condition and brand new, and we offer helmets and comfortable seats for all customers. Guides carry a repair kit and water at all times.
