This is a carefully crafted itinerary that allows you time to see beyond the superficial surface and delve into the real Vietnam and Cambodia. At the same time, the standard of accommodation is never compromised. Your vacation starts in Ho Chi Minh City, the largest city in Vietnam. The former Saigon is an exciting, vibrant metropolis and you can witness it from the back of a scooter, on our vintage Vespa tour. We’ll show you the real street food places where locals eat. Two nights of exploration and it’s time to move on to the fascinating Mekong Delta. Here you will see the world famous Cai Rang Floating Market, cruise down waterways in a sampan then head out to Chau Doc, a small frontier town.

After crossing in Cambodia, we will take you to the culturally interesting seaside town of Kep, with its abandoned French Villas. This sleepy town is close to Kampot, and the whole area is home to the finest pepper in the world; Kampot Pepper is used in all the best kitchens. From here we make the road trip to the Cambodian capital, Phnom Penh. This rapidly developing city was just unlit dirt roads as recently as a decade ago. Now it is growing at a very fast rate. The cafe scene is extremely good and there is much to do for culture lovers.

Next, we take a short flight on to Siem Reap, a languid northern frontier town, and home to the largest religious site in the world, the iconic Angkor Wat. Up until a couple of years ago, the whole area was thought to just be home to many individual religious sites. Recent laser imaging has revealed that it was once the greatest single urban metropolis on earth. Over four days and nights here you will explore the Angkor Temples in all their glory and marvel at their sheer size and magnificence. At the same time, you will discover what a truly charming city, Siem Reap is. Our itinerary here is merely a suggestion, and can be tailored to suit your every need.

Brief Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)
Day 2: Tour in Ho Chi Minh. This evening taste of Street Foodies.
Day 3: Vespa Sightseeing with tour guide.
Day 4: Mekong River Cruise with a private sampan to explore the waterways of this unique region.
Day 5: Rise early this morning to visit Cai Rang floating market, the largest of its kind on the Mekong. Disembark your sampan after breakfast and travel by road to the frontier town of Chau Doc.
Day 6: Knai Bang Chatt drive south towards the coast &  cross the border into Cambodia, Kep
Day 7 & 8: Knai Bang Chatt- Kep
Day 9: Drive to Phnom Penh
Day 10: Free day in the morning then in the afternoon, enjoy sunset cruise on the Mekong & Tonle Sap rivers.
Day 11: Phnom Penh Flight to Siem Reap
