Myanmar: Weather & when to go: September
September marks the next major month of change in Myanmar. The monsoon rains still exist, but they lessen a bit from August’s squalls. Despite the constant rains, temperatures still hover between the mid 20s to low 30s.
In the central plains region, things change very little, experiencing the country’s highest temperatures and lowest rainfall. Beach destinations in the south are still closed, many parts of the country may still be inaccessible and, consequently, tourist numbers are at an annual low.
