The Finest of Myanmar
Myanmar is one of the most beautiful countries in Southeast Asia and there can be no better way to experience it than with a feeling of luxury. We will use a thrilling range of transportation options, including private boats and horse-drawn carriages to ensure that you both see and experience this magnificent place in spectacular style. Highlights of the tour will include visits to hidden religious sites such as Ananda Temple, fantastic culinary encounters, and opportunities to meet local communities in indigenous villages and bustling markets. Inle Lake will provide visitors with a beautiful example of the region’s stunning nature, whilst Shwedagon Pagoda will conjure feelings of both spiritual wonder and architectural amazement. We will also take a trip to see the Inthar people who still live in lakeside, stilted-villages, just as they have done for many centuries, and take a sunset cruise along the Irrawaddy River as we visit the incredible ancient city of Bagan. However, a special experience will be our trip to the Inle Princess Wine Cave, as we sample traditional Burmese wines in a perfectly picturesque landscape.
