Vientiane is the premier city in Laos, and for that reason it’s the first destination on our trip into the country. After you soak in the hustle-and-bustle of this unique city, we’ll head for quieter destinations into the rural parts of the country. Classic Southeast Asian roads will take us VangVieng. You’ll be able to start check out the area both on foot and by water on one of our kayaks!
But that’s just the beginning. We’ll then head north to find Sayaboury; an area densely populated with local elephants. You’ll even get a chance to stay in a national elephant conservation center in the region.
Next stop is LuangPrabang, one of the most authentic cities in all of Asia. We’ll take a few days out to travel up the Mekong River and visit local communities in the region, before returning to LuangPrabang to end this fantastic journey!
